• Monthly $9.99 (50% off from $19.99)
• 50 image generation rights
• Ultra quality output
• Priority support
• Cancel anytime

5.3 Payment and Cancellation

• Payments are automatically renewed monthly
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• No refund for unused credits
• Prices may change (does not affect existing subscribers)

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Rights

The AI Photo Trend platform, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright.

6.2 User Content

• You own the rights to your original uploaded photos
• You own the copyright to AI-generated images
• You can use the images for commercial or personal purposes
• The platform does not use images for advertising purposes

6.3 License Grant

By uploading content, you grant the platform a limited, temporary license for technical processing.

7. Service Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

• We try to provide 24/7 service but cannot guarantee it
• There may be interruptions for maintenance and updates
